Assured Stays Management are a Serviced Accommodation / Holiday Let Management Company. We manage client properties across the North West & East of England as well as North Wales. We also own a sister company who you will be familiar with ASSURED CLEAN. And up until March 2025 this cleaning company serviced all the apartments listed by your provider. Our sister Company still maintain all the communal areas of the beautiful Rock Mill development, as we have done since its launch in 2023. 

We have offices in Stoney Middleton so we are literally just a few minutes walk from Rock Mill and we have recently employed a local Property Manager specifically for Rock Mill. 

Having spoken to various owners at Rock Mill as well as guests, we have seen and heard the pain points of current providers and so we want to promote an alternative option to the Owners when it comes to their chosen management provider.  But because we are not a hard sell Company, we want to meet and greet you in a non-sales focussed capacity at an enjoyable event, we will show you what makes us better during an afternoon of enjoyable hospitality and entertainment.

We have a number of guest speakers at the event, including our founder Director Harrison Clayton as well as a large development company who own many large schemes in the UK, a developer who approached us this year to take over their property management from his previous provider which we are thrilled to report is now producing much better financial returns for the owner. This speaker will chat about their company, what they do, their success and also mention their experience working with us in comparison to their previous provider (because "proof is in the pudding" is a phrase my Nanna uses, which us true!).

In addition to the presentation, guest speaker, welcome drinks and welcome buffet, we have also booked a local artist to provide some light background entertainment to close the event, whilst we all enjoy some networking with other owners and our team.

Whilst our primary goal is to introduce our management company and all the amazing things we do, it isn't a sales event - its an introduction! 

We hope you can attend! if you cant then we are hoping to have the event filmed so we can send to you via a link (we appreciate some of you live quite a distance away!). But please do let us know on the form above if you are able to attend or not - we don't want to under order food and drinks and we certainly don't want to buy too much - so it'll really help our catering plans to let us know
